Remarkable Benefits for B.E from Pakistani, PEC Accredited Universities/Institutes
If you have done B.E Accredited by Pakistan Engineering Council, you may join directly EC (UK) Post-Graduate
Diploma Examinations. Although, EC (UK) does not recognise any engineering qualification formally from Pakistan, BUT under
special consideration Examination Department have allowed those candidates who hold BE of 4 year Accredited by PEC to join
EC (UK) Post Graduate Examinations directly. This arrangement does not entitle candidates to join MEng at any UK Accredited
University of The Engineering Council UK.
- Clear 4 Papers, PLUS Advanced Technical Project Report - in Minimum 1 year time or depending upon your own
time commitments. You may give all 4 papers in one attempt or may divide them depending upon your time and cost availability;
- Exams shall be conducted by The British Council, Karachi every year in the month of May;
- Compulsory Classes shall be conducted at College of Chartered Engineering, on WEEKEND BASIS (Saturday/Sunday)
or EVENING (5 days - 6 pm to 9 pm)
- Completing EC (UK) Post-Graduate Exams, shall entitle you for Academic Registration as Chartered Engineer,
with The Engineering Council UK;
- Completing EC (UK) Post-Graduate Examinations shall bring RECOGNITION to you for Engineering Councils all
over the world, specially under Washington Accord Agreement and International Register of Professional Engineers;
- Completing EC (UK) Post-Graduate Exams shall entitle you to continue PhD studies in any University in UK,
USA, Canada, Austrailia, Newzeland, Europe, Hong Kong and in Pakistan, Mehran University.
